Describing an Object

Describing an Object
Children in mixed or same-ability groups are asked to discuss the features of an object. Each child describes features of the object in their group and then passes the object on to the next child in the group. The next child describes as many features of the object as they can (also including repetition of features from other children in the group). Children learn vocabulary associated with objects and repetition reinforces the vocabulary.
